Mac Can't Find External Hard Drive


Disc utility doesn't see the external disc although I can open its files with finder. Run Disk Utilityfrom there. I unplugged the external and tried to start up in Single user mode (command + "s") and saw the same grey flashing folder w/ the question mark in it. When i came home and tried my own wd black, it did not even started. Check This Out

It is possible that the logic board crushes every cable I put it in? I'm affraid it comes from the logic board, since I don't understand how a cable could suddently stop working.
