On the Client Follow these steps to start synergyc when you log into GNOME. post them in the pastebin for me. /etc/rc.conf /home/JP/.xinitrc If GDM is in fact running and NOT kdm, then are you changing the "SESSION" ??? I faced this problem when I wanted to setup kde in FreeBSD 6.1. how do you know which one to choose?

For the client file we must also edit the Xstartup script to kill our synergyc process running as root before the user Xsession scripts run.
