Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage File Upload
The automaticly detect box was clicked and I unchecked it. I had the same problem and tried everything. bigger than default), I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error. Tthe "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page" can come up after 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds, ...after executing the Submit button to perform the upload.
