One of the default profiles is a http-wan-optimized-compression-caching profile, once we removed the caching part of the setting and just went when the http-wan-optimized-compression-caching profile and it went back to working http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/display/mitcontrib/Internet+Explorer+cannot+download+attachment.ashx+from+OWA.exchange.mit.edu
