For your information, I had got this exception in WLI 6.1 SP3.
But we do find out one thing, the datasource we are using is the regular datasource instead of TxDataSource. The problem has been that it could not find a record in the mainframe. Because transactions involve overhead, this attribute may improve performance. Thanks...
