The solution to this is to allow the process a longer amount of time before it is forcibly shutdown. If you got this message it's because 90 seconds wasn't enough and we need to increase that limit. The issue might be with DNS where the Sharepoint CA is installed. Create SharePoint Quota Templates using PowerShell... I tried all the other methods and I still couldn't get IE to work. his comment is here Thanks.
