So I edited C:\Windows\Temp\gpedit\x64.bat file and added the following lines: copy gpedit.dll %WinDir%\System32\gpedit.dll copy fde.dll %WinDir%\System32\fde.dll copy gptext.dll %WinDir%\System32\gptext.dll copy appmgr.dll %WinDir%\System32\appmgr.dll copy fdeploy.dll %WinDir%\System32\fdeploy.dll copy gpedit.msc %WinDir%\System32\gpedit.msc then reran it If you accept cookies from this site, you will only be shown this dialog once!You can press escape or click on the X to close this box. bob gpedit opens fine but I try to execute a script on logon and it didn't work... The "Doug" account doesn't need a password and I don't want users to be able to set one.
