They make no changes here. I was on the internet straight away hope this helps someone, I was struggling with this for a few days. Since i re-installed windows all of the drivers have vanished including sound,video and networking drivers. Thank you for helping us maintain CNET's great community.

It's obviously something to do with the network drivers, but where, and which ones do i specifically need ? I downloaded the "chipset" and "audio" drivers. The computer has no internet so how am I supposed to go to the dell website to get the driver?
